Sol’s ARC is recruiting a full-time Program Manager for its Rural Livelihoods Programme in Maharashtra. The position oversees block coordinators, field officers and community disability champions; supervises delivery, data quality, staff coaching, SHG formation, livelihood training, entitlement linkages and reporting. The project seeks stronger livelihood opportunities for persons with disabilities through community organisations, government schemes and market connections. Applicants should have 4–6 years’ experience in rural livelihoods, SHG programmes or community development, including supervisory experience. Familiarity with NRLM/MSRLM systems, MIS tools, Marathi and Hindi is important. Advertised remuneration is ₹50,000–₹60,000 monthly plus travel allowance.
