Global Innovation Fund continues to accept initial applications from organisations developing scalable innovations that can improve the lives of people living on less than US$5 a day. Eligible applicants can include social enterprises, for-profit companies, nonprofit organisations, government agencies and research institutions from any country; individual innovators or researchers must apply through an affiliated organisation. GIF supports innovations across development challenges and assesses evidence of impact, potential to scale and benefits for people living in poverty. The process begins with a short initial application, followed by a call and full application/due diligence for proposals GIF wishes to progress.
