JICA’s FY2026 Grassroots Technical Cooperation programme is accepting project proposals under its Partner Type and Regional Revitalization Type until 30 October 2026 at 17:00 Japan Standard Time. The scheme supports citizen-participation international cooperation and is designed for eligible Japanese NGOs and other organisations working with partners in developing countries.
