CInI – Collectives for Integrated Livelihood Initiatives is recruiting an Executive-Technical (Livelihood) for Kotagarh, Odisha. The full-time, one-year role involves planning and supervising irrigation, water-harvesting and goat-shed infrastructure; preparing designs and estimates; supporting drip irrigation; coordinating with government departments and vendors; forming and strengthening water-user groups; documentation; and community capacity building. Candidates should have a graduate or postgraduate degree in Civil Engineering. Freshers or candidates with 1–2 years of livelihood, watershed or rural-development experience may apply. Knowledge of Odia, English and Hindi, MS Office skills and willingness to work closely with communities are expected. The vacancy is valid through 20 October 2026.
