Accelerate Indian Philanthropy is recruiting a Human Resource Manager to oversee human-resource systems and administration. Responsibilities include performance management, employee records and statutory compliance, engagement and organisational culture, talent acquisition, onboarding, career development, HR metrics, vendor management, office operations, travel coordination and events. Applicants should hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and have approximately 4–7 years of relevant experience in HR operations, compliance and people processes. Strong communication, stakeholder management, MS Office skills and the ability to manage competing priorities are expected.
