Sahamati is recruiting an Operations Analyst in Bengaluru. The role supports daily operations, member relationship management and onboarding, event/project coordination, issue resolution, dashboards, reporting and content management across the Account Aggregator ecosystem. Responsibilities include maintaining CRM and onboarding documentation, publishing ecosystem updates, preparing operational reports and MIS, escalating critical issues and supporting internal and external stakeholders. Candidates should have around 3–4 years of operations or customer-relationship experience in BFSI, a management qualification with finance specialisation or equivalent, strong communication skills and high attention to detail.
