The Clean Cooking Alliance’s funding-opportunities platform lists a Charm Impact financing call for female-led or female-owned clean-energy businesses seeking growth capital. Through Hummingbird One, Charm Impact offers debt facilities up to US$1 million, typically drawn in US$50,000–500,000 tranches with six-to-36-month tenors. Eligible businesses must operate in Kenya, Nigeria or Uganda, be post-revenue, have at least two years of audited accounts and demonstrate capacity to service debt from operating cash flow. Target sectors include commercial and industrial solar, solar home systems, mini-grids, clean cooking, productive-use energy and e-mobility. Priority is given to applications received by 23 October 2026.
